Living Longer Living Stronger
Living Longer Living Stronger is a Council of the Aged evidence based gym strength training program designed specifically for the mature adult . It aims to achieve a reduction in falls, improved health, quality of life and fitness in people aged over 50 years.
The class is on Mondays, Wednesday's & Fridays from 1pm at the Yarra Centre. Come down to the Yarra Centre and chat to us about our special Senior's Membership.
