Our fully equipped childcare facility is designed to assist parents and guardians in pursuing their recreational and fitness interests at Yarra Centre with peace of mind knowing that your child is being taken care of in a safe, supportive, well equipped environment.
Overseen by fully qualified childcare staff, our childcare facility operates for children ages 6 weeks to 8 years old. This service is available to our members and casual visitors, simply book your child’s spot at reception or via our Active World app.
- Session Times: 9am – 12pm, Monday to Friday
- Ages: Children aged 6 weeks to 6 years (spots for older kids available through school holidays)
- Cost: $6 per child. $5 per child for members.
Enrolment: An enrolment must be completed prior to your child’s first visit to our childcare facility. The information as part of the enrolment authorises childcare staff to act in case of emergency and gives the centre important information regarding medical issues, allergies or custody details. Your child’s safety is our highest concern.
Booking & payment: Bookings can be made up to one week in advance, with payment made at the time of booking.
Conditions: Please note parents must remain at the venue while the child is in Childcare.
Food & drink policy: Children are encouraged to bring in a healthy snack and drink of water (please put your child’s name on any drink bottles or bags). Please note, the playroom has a No Nuts policy.
