Active Adults Functional is a strength-based training and exercise program designed specifically for the mature adult. It aims to improve flexibility, stability and strengthen everyday movement.

Active Adults Balance is aimed at helping with the prevention of falls and overall quality of life. Exercises are designed to help with maintaining your centre of gravity, improving your posture as well muscle reaction time and mobility.

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

In a STR1KE class you’ll find easy to follow punches, kicks and combos that work the entire body, burn serious calories and deliver massive cardio, strength and agility gains.

Improve strength, balance and mobility with low impact moves as well as gentle strengthening exercises. This amazing class is a combination of both chair work and light aerobics.

Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

Incorporates elements of boxing training into a high-intensity workout. It is a non-contact form of exercise that combines boxing-inspired movements with aerobic and strength training exercises. Participants engage in a variety of boxing techniques. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and mind-body practice known for its slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and focus on balance and relaxation. Originally developed for self-defense, it’s now widely practiced for its health benefits, including stress reduction, improved flexibility, and better balance.

Group exercise training that involve a series of exercises performed in a circuit format. Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.

Yogalates is a fitness fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the flexibility, breathing, and mindfulness of yoga with the core strengthening and posture-focused exercises of Pilates. It aims to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness, making it a gentle yet effective full-body workout.

Adult Ballet stimulates your body, mind and creativity in this virtual class under the supervision of one of our instructors. Ballet will improve your posture, build muscle and agility as well as flexibility.
